Cheryl Polan is the founder of The Rock Found, a faith-based reentry organization that helps justice involved individuals seeking restoration and purpose. The Rock Found assists with job skills training, employment, transportation, and housing through individualized case management, and they work in partnership with The Latino Coalition for Community Leadership.
